The ice goes out, you are in!   Spring trout fishing at the camp, what could be nicer than fresh trout for dinner.   Spring is the time the trout are aggressively biting and are quite often in shallow water.  Hike the trails to find the local wildlife out of their winter slumber.   Bring your camera!

The warm summer weather brings the fun of swimming, sunbathing, relaxing or being busy until the sun sets.  At Opimika you can be as busy as you choose to be, or relax and sit back and enjoy the day.   Feel like going for a walk?  Bring a bucket , bring two.  The berries are overflowing during their season.  Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, wild fresh and delicious.  After the sun sets, a common bonfire and the occasional guitar sing a long has been known to happen at Opimika, no invitation required.

The fall brings a beautiful color change.  Warm days and cool nights and no bugs.  ATV through the trails and enjoy the season.  We offer moose, deer and bear hunt.  Call ahead to book your camp.
